The Administrator collects personal data from the users of the online shop https://prezentmi.pl . The basic way of obtaining personal data is voluntary submission of personal data. The Administrator obtains in this way the name, surname, address data, telephone number, e-mail address of the user necessary to process the order and voluntarily the date of birth. The data are stored by the Administrator in a format that allows them to be transferred. When you place an order, your photo data in the form of image files you send are also transferred to the Administrator. The photo data (image files) are necessary for the processing of your order.

- PURPOSES AND DURATION OF DATA PROCESSING
Order fulfilment
In order to provide the service, i.e. to fulfil the order in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Order Fulfilment (WRZ), the legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract concluded electronically. Your consent is voluntary and a contractual requirement and is necessary for the performance of the contract. The contract consists of the performance and sale of the products you have ordered. This means that without your consent to the processing of your data, we will not be able to fulfil the order placed. We will store your data for no longer than is necessary for the proper execution of the order. Once your order has been processed and delivered, your photo data is stored in the production system for a maximum of 30 days to enable you to re-order the product or to ensure that any complaint can be dealt with. After this period, the data is erased, except in the case of using the paid option of storing the photos on our server. In exceptional cases, data may be stored for the duration of the dispute, to secure the assertion of claims.
LiveChat tool
If you use the LiveChat chat tool to get in touch with us, the nickname you voluntarily provide and the content of your message will – within the scope of the data processing trust – be stored with our LiveChat service provider (on our behalf on servers located in Germany).
The data will be processed there on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) RODO in order for us to respond to the enquiries received from you, and will then be deleted within 12 months of the start of the conversation.
Social networks
The Administrator processes the personal data of Users visiting the Administrator’s profiles maintained on social media (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram). This data is processed exclusively in connection with the Administrator’s social media profiles, including for the purpose of informing Users about the Administrator’s activities and promoting various events, services and products, as well as for the purpose of communicating with Users through the functionalities available on social media.
The legal basis for the Administrator’s processing of personal data for this purpose is its legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO), consisting of promoting its own brand and building and maintaining a brand-related community.
Marketing- contextual advertising
The Administrator processes Users’ personal data for marketing purposes in connection with the targeting of Users with contextual advertising (i.e. advertising that involves matching the content of advertisements with the content of the pages on which they are placed).
The processing of personal data is then carried out in connection with the Administrator’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) RODO).
Marketing – behavioural advertising
The Administrator processes Users’ personal data, including personal data collected through cookies and other similar technologies, for marketing purposes in connection with targeting Users with behavioural advertising (i.e. advertising that is tailored to the User’s preferences). The processing of personal data then also includes profiling of Users. The use of personal data collected through this technology for marketing purposes, in particular for the promotion of services and goods of third parties, takes place on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Administrator and only on the condition that the User has consented to the use of cookies.
Consent to the use of cookies can be given through the appropriate configuration of the Internet browser and can also be withdrawn at any time, in particular by clearing the history of cookies and disabling cookies in the settings of the Internet browser.
Direct marketing – newsletter and other commercial information
If you have given your consent to receive marketing information by e-mail (newsletter), SMS and other means of electronic communication, your personal data will be processed for the purpose of sending such information. The basis for data processing is the legitimate interest of PREZENT.MI Sp. z.o.o consisting in sending marketing information within the limits of the consent you have given (direct marketing).
The data will be stored for this purpose for the duration of the legitimate interest of PREZENT.MI Sp.z.o.o, unless you object to receiving marketing information.
You may exercise your right to object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling.

Social network plug-ins
On our website https://prezentmi.pl using the ‘Shariff’ solution, plug-ins (buttons) of the social networks Facebook, Google, Instagram are used.
The above serves, in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) RODO, to safeguard our legitimate interest in optimally presenting our website and offerings to the market. In order to increase the security of your data during your visit to our website, these buttons are not fully integrated as plug-ins, but accessible using an HTML link. This ensures that when you visit our website containing such plug-ins (buttons), no direct connection is established with the servers of the respective social network operator. Youtube video plug-ins
Integrated with https://prezentmi.pl is the Youtube video plug-in provided by Google Inc (‘Service Provider’). Youtube is operated by Google LLC, (www.google.com) 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (‘Google’). The integration of video content with Youtube serves, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) RODO, to safeguard our legitimate interest in optimally presenting our offerings to the market.
Google LLC is based in the USA and is certified under the so-called EU-US Privacy Shield. An overview of the current certificate is available here. As a result of this agreement between the US and the European Commission, the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection for companies certified under the Privacy Shield.
For Youtube videos available on our website, the extended data protection has been activated. This means that Youtube does not collect or save information about visitors to the website unless they turn on the video material. Our presence on social networks
Our presence on social media serves to ensure active communication with our regular and potential customers. We also use social media to inform you about our products and current promotions and to take orders in private messages.
If you visit our profile/account on a social media site, the respective social media site may, by means of cookies, automatically collect and process your personal data for advertising and market research purposes and create pseudonymised user profiles on the basis thereof. Pseudonymised profiles are created, for example, in order to be able to display advertising that corresponds to your interests.

Right to object
To the extent that we process your personal data as described above-to protect our legitimate interests that override the balancing of interests-you may object to such processing with effect for the future. If your data is processed for direct marketing purposes, you can exercise this right at any time as described above. If processing is carried out for other purposes, you only have the right to object if there are reasons based on your specific situation.
Once you have exercised your right to object, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes unless we can prove that there are compelling reasons deserving protection in connection with the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or if the processing serves to assert, enforce or defend legal claims. The administrator carries out the user’s request without delay. The deletion, restriction, transfer and objection to the processing of data will affect the services provided by the Administrator and will probably result in the impossibility to perform these services correctly. You should be aware that your data is processed solely for the purpose of processing your order and providing you with personalised commercial information.
You have the right to lodge a complaint in relation to our processing of your personal data with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, 2 Stawki Street, 00-193 Warsaw).
- WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The collected data may be shared with entities indicated in the law and with entities cooperating with PREZENT.MI Sp. z o.o. only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service. You have the right to access and correct your personal data. The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the service.
In connection with the provision of services, your personal data will be disclosed to external entities, including in particular entities such as banks and payment operators, sub-entities providing order fulfilment services, entities providing
legal services, auditing services, courier companies (in relation to the fulfilment of the order), marketing agencies (in relation to marketing services) and entities related to the Administrator, including companies of its capital group.
- HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
We store your data for the duration of the contract concluded with you and also after its termination for the purposes of:
– the assertion of claims in connection with the performance of the contract
– performance of legal obligations, including in particular tax and accounting obligations
– we store your personal data for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you revoke this consent
– we store your photographic data for a maximum of 3 days after the performance of the service
– in the case of competitions and promotional events in which you can take part, we will process your data for the duration of the event, the prize-giving period and the contractual period
– we will store your birthday information for marketing purposes for the duration of the contract or until you revoke your consent.

PREZENT.MI employs extensive technical and operational security processes to protect the data you provide against misuse, accidental or deliberate manipulation or against access by unauthorised persons. Our security processes are continuously improved in line with current technological developments.
The Privacy Policy document is continuously reviewed and updated as necessary. We reserve the right to update and amend the privacy policy by publishing new content on our website. This is due to the fact that technologies, standards and requirements for conducting business on the Internet change.
